Knowledge Management Workshop
Your organization may be knowledge-driven, but this does not necessarily mean that it has a culture of knowledge-exchange. The people in your organization are likely aware of the importance of knowledge and are expected to process vast amounts of information each day. Each one of your employees has his/her own competences, but more and more you expect them to have a broader view on research and related economic relevance.
As most organizations do not have a clear picture of what can be accomplished by implementing knowledge management, ICMS Group has designed an executive workshop:
- gain insights into why knowledge is important
- establish a clear target and develop a strategy
- draw up an inventory of available knowledge
- draw up an inventory of opportunities (both internal and external) that may arise as a result of improved information and knowledge management
- draw up an inventory of real situations in which information and knowledge management offer a solution
- develop a shared vision
- draw up a list of the most important problem situations
- put together a proposal for the implementation
Target audience:
- management and decision makers
- team members responsible for knowledge management
- members of the (future) steering committee on knowledge management
- managers in charge of knowledge-intensive organizations
- all-round professionals wanting to get more out of their knowledge
Programme:
The trainer starts with an initiation to knowledge management. He will show and explain the relations that exist between various disciplines. Participants will acquire competences to work out solutions. These will be put to practice via cases and a presentation for the group. The workshop will be concluded by a discussion of the results and a first step towards actions.
Duration
This workshop takes 2 days.
The participation fee for this training is € 2.500 (travel costs & expenses not included).
