In october 2007, ICMS started sending out a series of business papers on the subject "Knowledge about knowledge" (Currently only available in Dutch).
As a knowledge worker, you will most likely recognise yourself in one of the following situations:

For this reason, ICMS Group has decided to send out a series of short "business papers" which will guide you step by step through issues in the context of information- and knowledge management. At the same time, 'best practices' are provided that help you deal with information and knowledge in a more efficient way.
