- which information and knowledge is used least?
- which information and knowledge is missing?
In the context of quality management, the following should certainly be taken into account:
- better quotations and specifications
- correct information
- legible, uniform and clear texts.
In the context of competence management, the following should certainly be taken into account:
- who holds which competences?
- who has completed which courses?
In the context of communication, the following should certainly be taken into account:
- improved internal communication
- increased information exchange across projects and departments
- more pull, less push of information
- less information stress, more information comfort
