Dears,
Contrary to all expectations and despite the less favorable economic climate, 2009 was a successful year for ICMS Group. To us, this is a clear sign that our customers truly appreciate the TiNK method, our technology and the dedication of our employees.
A success for different reasons:
- Our turnover remained constant and results improved.
Admittedly, this could only be achieved thanks to a number of new contracts that were concluded in December. - The foundation of Content Advisors together with Cronos Group
Click here to read the press release. - New partners such as Aztec Contract Services (B), Skillteam (B) and Parsec (UK).
- Over 200 people participated in one of the many TiNKing Moments sessions and received a complete overview of the TiNK method and technology.
- The development of a new important product, TiNK Intelligent Enterprise Archiving, which uses the TiNK method and auto-classification for the archiving of files and e-mail in TiNK.
- A strategic European project together with VVSG (Vlaamse Vereniging Steden en Gemeenten) and VICTOR led to the first sector implementation of TiNK4u. TiNK4u is an umbrella knowledge platform for local governments (KPLO or KennisPlatform Lokale Overheden), in which question-driven knowledge is secured and shared between employees of local governments.
Thanks to the foundation of Content Advisors and our focus on the home market, our existing and future customers will continue to receive the full attention they deserve.
Content Advisors is the first in a series of regional organisations that we wish to set up at an international level. For ICMS Group, this clears the way for working on our international growth as a product supplier in the specialized domain of information and knowledge management.
Also, the recognition of one of the most important ICT players in Belgium is a big step forward in our competitive battle with the big (US) players. Vincent Vanderbeck, CEO of Comma Group (a Cronos division), explains: “With TiNK, ICMS Group is already a very important player in Belgium and has the potential to become a European market leader. Therefore, we are strong believers in the possibilities and the potential of this technology and these products.”
As Support and Helpdesk will continue to be delivered from ICMS Group in the future, existing customers will hardly notice any changes.
New implementations and new customers will be handled by mixed teams of Cronos and ICMS Group employees with the necessary knowledge and dedication. Thanks to this extra capacity, we will be able to help you benefit fully from the value of your information and knowledge faster and better.
